Processing and Handling
Standard payment processing times can take 24 hours for the payment to clear. After the payment has cleared we process and ship your order immediately. With most orders we ship the same day as long as the order is placed before 4:00 PM Central Standard time.
All orders placed in the US will ship from here in the US. Orders shipping to the Nashville, Tennessee area are typically received the next day if the order is placed before 4:00 PM Central Standard time.
Standard Shipping takes 3-4 days to arrive but may arrive sooner.
Select products have 'Express Shipping' which takes 2 business days to arrive.
If you are ordering from outside the USA we will ship from our international warehouse.
As the package is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. If you click on the link in the email, all tracking updates will be displayed. It may take a few days for the tracking info to appear. If you do not see the tracking status just check back soon and the info should be posted.
Refunds & Returns
Mohr Auto Gear will accept a return if you are not 100% happy with your purchase. The item must be unused condition. An item can be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.
Please email CustomerCare@MohrAutoGear.com and we will provide you with the return details.
Once the parcel is received, we will immediately process your refund. The total amount that you paid for the goods shall be refunded to the payment account which you used to purchase your item(s). Returns on orders with free shipping will have a $4.80 restocking fee. Note that Mohr Auto Gear cannot be held liable for any items lost in transit but will work with each customer on a case by case basis to ensure EVERYONE is 100% satisfied with their experience.
